All orders are processed, packaged, and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. Then they get shipped. Shipping times are based on the selection made at checkout.
All branded items are custom made-to-order. We do not offer returns on custom orders.
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email or delivery tracking, it's probably because:
- You didn’t include a mobile phone number at checkout.
- You didn’t enter your email correctly (misspelled).
- Tracking emails are going to your spam folder (please check).
